HOW DO I GIFT A BOOK?
Gift Cards
Gift cards are the fastest and most convenient way to give the gift of books. Here's how to use them:
Purchasing a Gift Card
Select "Gift Card" from the main menu at the top of the website and choose your desired amount. You can send the gift card code directly to the recipient's email or to yourself if you'd like to forward it later.
Redeeming a Gift Card
Simply enter the gift card code in the discount box at checkout. Gift cards can be applied toward any format of book, including ebooks and audiobooks.

- Gift cards never expire.
- Perfect for last-minute gifts, since ebooks and audiobooks can be downloaded instantly.
- Can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is depleted.

Delivery Issues
E-books are delivered instantly by link in your confirmation email (and as a backup, also by email from our delivery partner, Bookfunnel). If you have multiple email addresses, the e-book will be delivered to the address you used at checkout. If you have checked your spam folder and are certain you have not received your e-book, or if your download code has expired (after 14 days), reach out to help@bookfunnel.com and they will find a solution to your problem!
How to Read It
You can read your e-book on any e-reader (Amazon, Kobo, Nook), your tablet, phone, computer, and/or in the free Bookfunnel app. If you are having any trouble, please email help@bookfunnel.com for expert advice!

Delivery Issues
Audiobooks are delivered instantly by link in your confirmation email (and as a backup, also by email from our delivery partner, Bookfunnel). If you have multiple email addresses, the audiobook will be delivered to the address you used at checkout. If you have checked your spam folder and are certain you have not received your audiobook, or if your download code has expired (after 14 days), reach out to help@bookfunnel.com and they will find a solution to your problem!
How to Play It
You can listen to your audiobook in your browser (on any device) OR in the free BookFunnel audiobook player app OR you can download the MP3 files. If these methods aren't working, please email help@bookfunnel.com for expert advice!

Our digital products are delivered instantly, so we're not able to offer refunds or returns on eBooks or audiobooks. Once purchased, they're yours to keep and enjoy!

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY FOR PRINTED BOOKS
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Once your order is processed and sent to our print partner for fulfillment, we cannot modify the delivery destination or be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If a package is delivered to an address other than intended due to an error in the shipping information provided at checkout, we're unable to offer refunds or replacement shipments. We recommend double-checking your address details—including apartment numbers, street names, and zip codes—to ensure your books reach you safely. For any carrier-related issues after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as these matters are outside our control once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Refund & Replacement Policy for Printed Books
We want you to enjoy your books in perfect condition!

Damaged Books: If your book arrives damaged, just email us a few photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

Missing Shipments: If your order goes missing in transit, we'll happily reship it for free. Please note, though, that if tracking shows the package as delivered, we aren't able to send a replacement.

Refunds: Because each book is printed to order, we aren't able to offer refunds. Replacements are available under the conditions above.
