Our digital products are delivered instantly, so we're not able to offer refunds or returns on eBooks or audiobooks. Once purchased, they're yours to keep and enjoy!

CAN YOU RETURN PRINTED BOOKS?

Refund & Replacement Policy for Printed Books

We want you to enjoy your books in perfect condition!

• Damaged Books: If your book arrives damaged, just email us a few photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

• Missing Shipments: If your order goes missing in transit, we'll happily reship it for free. Please note, though, that if tracking shows the package as delivered, we aren't able to send a replacement.

• Refunds: Because each book is printed to order, we aren't able to offer refunds. Replacements are available under the conditions above.
