Our digital products are delivered instantly, so we're not able to offer refunds or returns on eBooks or audiobooks. Once purchased, they're yours to keep and enjoy!

Refund & Replacement Policy for Printed Books
We want you to enjoy your books in perfect condition!

Damaged Books: If your book arrives damaged, just email us a few photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

Missing Shipments: If your order goes missing in transit, we'll happily reship it for free. Please note, though, that if tracking shows the package as delivered, we aren't able to send a replacement.

Refunds: Because each book is printed to order, we aren't able to offer refunds. Replacements are available under the conditions above.
