Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for managing your subscription purchases at Books by Shay.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the frequency you selected at checkout. You will be charged the day after your subscription is due at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.

Changes to Your Subscription

You can modify your subscription frequency, skip upcoming orders, or update payment information through your customer account.

Refunds

Our subscriptions are digital products and cannot be refunded.
